1) Learning is input and taking on new skills. Service is output and teaching students. 2) Everyone is actively involved in inculating values of achieving and lifelong learning for the good of the community. 3) Everybody has a part to play, inculating knowledge and contribution is a lifelong journey.
Ping Yi is a school which emphasises on students' character development and knowledge building so as to contribute to the society and to be versatile and ready for the working life.

1 - Make them recite it everyday. Acknowledge their efforts (academic/manners/whatever) and make it a point to praise them for it.

3 - Lead them as pathfinders, Care for their welfare, and Inspire them to be leaders in their own right.
