  6. Hi,
how about every student leader to have a tracking form that they need to bring to school everyday. Whenever, they are ask to participate in any school event, competitions or any school activities. Teachers in charge will fill in the form. By doing so, the teachers will be able to check whether there is any overlap of duties for a single student.

  7. We do not want to overload the monitors and ass monitors. By creating the Reading Monitor position, we are creating more leadership positions.

  8. Perhaps we could use the LMS to track students' involvement.

  10. Good proposal that is worth trying out.

To reduce the problem of multiple portfolio of SL, a centralised tracking system (probably by Student leadership comm) of students from S1 - S4. It helps to ensure no pupil is over-texed. Many established schools have this system in place to ensure most, if not all students are given some sort of leadership opportunities.

  11. It's good that we have a plan that would help to develop confident leaders holistically. Perhaps care has to be taken in tracking the leaders through the 4/5 years and be made aware in a central record system such as the cockpit or LMS. Suggestion is in terms of remarks rather than just the activities participated. Reason being the level of participation by each pupil and hence the qualities exhibited differs. This will ensure fairness to the students when the graduating FMs write the testimonials for these students.
