  1. more CIRCLE TIME conducted during STAFF MEETINGS(make it a requirement maybe), so that all staff are aware of the STRUCTURE of circle time. unless we do CIRCLE TIME frequently, we would never buy the RP idea in.

    more CIRCLE TIMES among us, could lead to more circle times incorporated into lessons.

    VIP: Involve parents in the C2015 programme
    Share with the school on what the recipents have done to receive the badges for VIP, instead of just presenting the badges to them.

    House System: Info on school sports players to coach house participants might not be readily available to House Master. A proper datebase could be set up and maintained so that House Master can easily access info.

    Year Head System: Need for job fit. The person must fit the job role competently and comfortably.

    RP - pocket card of the RP questions for students? Sharing of RP-related lessons by various dept?

    VIP - to focus 1 VIP at a time and keep reminding students? Year head should talk about VIP award at the start of the school term.

    SEL - teachers dont even know what's SEL (self awareness, self mgmt, awareness of community......?)
    have MOE officers to share about egs of SEL-infused lessons (by dept)

    House system - Students are not participative. PE teachers to reiterate the importance of participating in various school activities eg sports day etc.

    YH system - Some teachrs are uncomfortable to go up on stage (Pls understand :)).it should be alright if its done within the level instead of all levels?

    Student Leadership - support from SMC and teachers in understanding the roles and duties of our student leader.


    NE - maintain NE program - good!

    Aesthetics Prog - need more flowers & butterflies :)

    I & E - more enterprises, eg. student flea market, School Carnival to be repeated

  4. ESSS-make it a department effort to pool suggestions so that all members will be able to meet the school requirement for the year.

    Presently, the house system is not fully utilised in sports activities. The house system could be put under the HOD/PE and NE Coordinator.
    A lot of guidance and monitoring need to be done by the house teachers when we are training the sports players to coach the house participations. The house system can think of activities each term in order for the sports players to have frequent opportunities to practice their leadership and nurture their confidence.
