    Qn 4: 2 to 3 levels of vetting of semestral exam papers.
    -Keep but peer vetting (to ensure the quality of content & HOD for format.)

  2. For Formative Assessment should be of different subjects for different levels. Or else the marking and evaluation would be overwhelming for teachers in charge.

  3. STAFF DEVELOPMENTAL SUPERVISION:

    Keep.
    Reason:
    - To develop quality staffs,
    - To achieve staff aspiration.


    TIME TABLE:

    Improve.
    Reason:
    - Reduce the maximum no. of teaching hours.
    - Fair distribution of periods.
    - Staggered recess good for students because of shorter queue.
    - No splitting of periods.
    - well spread of subjects throughout the week
    - Need to consider the frequent holiday that falls on friday.

    IMPROVE: Evaluation to be made school wide

    NEW: Setting up of suggestion box (but more for feedback for teaching & learning)

    IMPROVE: reflection via “paper” or “paperless” means . for e.g. forms and blogs repsectively

  5. Formative Assessment should also consider modular subjects like F&N, D&T, Art & Music which consist of both theory and practical components.

  6. For Sec 4N classes - Bridging programme can be focused on the weaker students instead of the entire class. It is also better to 'revise' rather than to teach new things. This will ensure that the weaker students will be able to close the gap with the rest of the class when they go up to Sec 5.
