School Climate & QSE thoughts

19 comments:

  1. Students actually feel that their motivation is quite high compared to what the teachers feel.

Maybe we can try to find out and explain the disparity between the teachers' and students' perception??

  6. It is always interesting to find out what teachers think of the school and management etc.
What I DON’T really agree though ... Lack of advancement opportunities.

Not sure if this is a perception thing.. but I do personally find that there are TONS of opportunities. Just a matter of “what you want... you ask for it", esp during work review.

  7. This new format for the climate survey is good as it allows one to comment and share his/her thoughts. However, caution is necessary here as this format may lend itself to personal attacks. It would be good if everyone acts professionally and be objective in their comments.
