Learning Journey to Marina Barrage

  1. Great Place! - to see how they have converted a river system into a reservoir.
Also a good place for our students or International/twinning students learning journey to learn about sustainable resources and also great as they have a room size map of Singapore on the ground.

Intricate and complex and HUGE machine built so that we can have at least an extra of 10% of water supply.Quite an interesting place. U get to appreciate the 2nd most important thing - WATER. apart from that it can also be 1 recreation spot for the family.

  5. Just realised the Marina Basin is now a world class attraction. We have the Esplanade, Marina Sands, The Barrage the city botanical garden etc.

  6. It is always amazing to see how the Singapore govt is capable to making things work for the country. Marina Barrage is a testament to that. Perhaps we can do the same for Ping Yi. Think 'big' and who knows what we can come up with! :)
